This is actually a symbolic representation, although Luke is the Arthur’s majordomo they are so close, their aged are close too, and Arthur look him like a friend, what this represent is the kind of part of their relationship in which Luke is something like the protector of Arthur :3, cause well Arthur didn’t have his family close :P
