The infamous house went on the market 9/5/2023 and it was withdrawn 11/20/2023. It went back up for sale again on 12/6/23. Then was removed again on 1/12/24, only to come back a week later on 1/19/2024.

The house sale was completed on 2/15/2024 for the asking price of $298k. Luzerne County Association of Realtors owns these photos.
