when s5 cuts to an outside shot of the pizza van full of smoke and we assume its just jonathan and argyle but then we hear mike and will giggling from inside

He displayed such a variety of emotions during the van scene that I can't even begin to try and understand what he was thinking in that moment.

Like he looks happy but then he looks pissed and then he looks like he feels sad/guilty and then he looks like he's just confused.

And then he kept looking at the painting weird after he found out El "commissioned" it.

i kick the box, blinking hard and putting on a fake smile.

“don’t worry about that box, there’s nothing in there. you should check byler tumblr out!”

my guest stares at me, jaw dropped and eyes wide, as the box yells and screams and cries.

“it’s just so peaceful, i swear!”

no because I think about Will Byers and it makes me want to literally cry and I'm not a crying person usually

The only reason will took so well to being closed off from all of his friends in lenora and didnt have mikes ass for asking him to “reach out more” is because it wasnt the first time he was ripped away from his home and thrown into a new environment he was forced to survive in :)
