Hi everyone. I've been asked by Marah (@freepaleatine95) to write a post and tell her story.

Marah's elderly parents are suffering from chronic diseases. Her father suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes while her mother struggles with diabetes. In normal circumstances, these diseases are manageable with regular medication and treatment, but not in Gaza. The necessary medical treatment is not available for Marah's parents in Gaza. Imagine watching your loved ones in pain and suffering from diseases that are manageable if only, if only you have necessary medication! And that is on top of all the stress from the frequent bombings!

Marah was a uni student studying computer engineering but her university has now been bombed. Her dreams of completing her education has therefore come to a halt. I've just graduated with my degree, after days of literally crying over my assignments. I cannot imagine the pain Marah must feel with all that hard work wasted in an instant!

Her brother Mahmoud's future was also destroyed after his shop and project were bombed! These are achievements they have worked years to build!

Please consider helping them. On top of all that they have to deal with frequent bombings!

Everyone, I'd like to bring attention to this Palestinian fundraiser for Marah ( @freepaleatine95 ) and her family. Before the genocide began, Marah was a student at Al-Azhar University, and lived a good life with her family in Gaza. However, she lost everything after October 7th; her house has been destroyed, her family has been killed, she lost her pets with the destruction of the house, and even her university has been taken from her. Marah had her whole life taken away from her in the blink of an eye.

Now, she's trying to raise money to reunite with her family in Egypt and buy the necessary medication for her parents, who are both diabetic, so they can survive. She also needs money to cover their basic needs in Gaza, like water, food and shelter. All of this, the evacuation, medicine and basic needs, are all very expensive in Gaza right now, and prices change every day.

As of posting this, the fundraiser has $14.939 out of $50.000 (USD) raised.

Please, help Marah and her family survive this genocide and reach safety so they can rebuild their lives. Help Marah's dreams!
