The Contrast Between Emily And Reid In 2x17 And 3x03 Has Me On The Floor.
the contrast between emily and reid in 2x17 and 3x03 has me on the floor.

he listens this time. he doesn't get too defensive, (just normal reid defensive. baby steps). and then we have emily bringing up his dad, specifically information that we haven't heard before (that he's blocked out most of his memories of him), which implies that reid has opened up to her about it offscreen. to me, that also suggests it was in a way he hasn't with the rest of the team.
(if i had to guess at how that went down: sometime post 2x18 reid apologised to emily for the way he treated her, and brought up his abandonment issues as being part of the reason. then either one thing led to another and he was opening up about it, or emily asked him about it later and he told her, maybe because he felt like he owed her honesty after reacting to her concern with such hostility)
this probably isnt very coherent and i might come back to it later but the development of their friendship is so so important to me.

Hello,🤗
I hope you are well. 🌷
I am writing to you today with hope and trust in your compassionate hearts. My family is facing very difficult circumstances due to the war, and we are in urgent need of assistance. I am seeking funding for my campaign to save them, and any reblogging of my post on my account can make a big difference.
Please, if you can repost my message or contribute in any way, you will have given us a lifeline in these difficult times.🙏❤️🙏
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any support you can offer.❤️
Please don't ignore and help me to save my family🙏
Hi Ahmed, thank you for reaching out to me ❤️🖤🤍💚 I hope you're doing as well as you can and that better days are coming soon. I wish you, your wife, and your children the very best.
I'll put a link to Ahmed's gofundme below, but please reblog his post here as well, as that will help get it to more people.
Also—please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Ahmed's gofundme is being organized by the same Abdallah Alanqar who organized Mohammed's, and that all three are brothers. So, if you support Ahmed, please consider supporting his brother as well, whose account you can find here. Both have been vetted. (number 174, line 178 for Mohammed's)

Hello,,
My name is Ashraf Alanqar, and I am 30 years old. My wife, Widad Issa, and I have a one-and-a-half-year-old son named Bakr. We used to live peacefully in the Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, in a house we built just a week before the war began. I worked as a farmer and owned a large chicken farm that provided for my family.
Beloved of my heart (Bakr)

Then the war came and destroyed everything. Our home was reduced to ashes, and our chicken farm was obliterated. We lost our home, our livelihood, and even our basic rights. We've been forced to move from place to place in northern Gaza, simply trying to survive.
My House before...

Me.. while trying to recognize what has happened..

The terror we feel as we flee from heavy bombardment is unbearable. The sound of explosions around us, the constant fear as we navigate through the rubble of destroyed homes searching for safety and food, haunts us every day. My son Bakr is constantly scared and suffers from severe malnutrition and skin diseases due to the lack of food, water, and sanitation.
Our beautiful memories.. :(

We urgently need your help. I am asking for your support to fund this campaign to move my family to a safe place, provide us with a proper home, and ensure we have enough food, water, and medical care.
Baker used to play with his dog.

Your donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in our lives. We desperately need your support and solidarity during this difficult time. Together, we can restore hope and safety to Ashraf and his family.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering my plea. Your support means more than words can express. Together, we can turn a story of loss into a journey of hope and resilience.

With deepest gratitude,
Ashraf & the Family
I am consumed by fear that my mother might die in Gaza while I am far away, unable to help her. The thought of her suffering alone in such a dangerous place breaks my heart. I feel so helpless and terrified, knowing I can't be there to protect her or bring her to safety. Every day is filled with anxiety and dread, as I hope and pray for her survival amidst the chaos.

"Report: 2.5 millions Sudanese could die from starvation by September."
The RSF -a genocial militia- is mass starving Sudanese people. They are cutting off or denying food access to many through inflation of necessities and it's beyond horrific to see.
This is 5% of the population, and extends to interrelated issues. It has also been reported that roughly 80% of Sudanese people are not able to farm their lands adequately. So please continue to keep eyes on Sudan. Educate yourself, stay informed, and continue to share and donate to GFM's of Sudanese families. I post them on my page as I see them here, as well as when I come across them elsewhere. And as always, free Sudan.
