she doesn't understand this. what is this place? what is going on? agatha's too frightened to speak, though it seems the ones here with her were willing to help her and try to explain as they did so. this was some sort of trial that she has to survive? that just seems to raise more questions than give answers, but maybe once this is over, agatha can get someone to explain it in better detail. she has to make sense of all of this.
trying to keep her heart and breathing calm, agatha works on a generator. there has to be a way out of this place, right? there was no way this was allowed to go on! can't someone stop this? a bit lost in her thoughts that were racing a mile a minute, it takes her a moment to realize her heart was racing again and the hairs on her arms were standing on end. what? agatha looks up just as she sees a masked man lunge at her with his knife, a startled yelp leaving her as she falls back on her ass and scrambles back, quickly hurrying to her feet to get away from him. hide, she has to hide! weaving through the halls of the building, she manages to find a little nook to hunker down in, her hands clasped over her mouth as she attempts to steady her breathing.

soryn stirs from his sleep, shielding his eyes from the morning sun as they flutter open. turning onto his side, he sees ophelia still beside him, still seeming to be asleep. a smile forms on his lips and he reaches out to gently move some hair from her face, leaning in to kiss her forehead. he couldn't ever tire of waking up like this, beside the woman he loves. this sweet, beautiful woman... the light of his life. there's little soryn wouldn't do for her, to see her smile, to make her happy, to keep her safe. seeing her eyes open just brings a bigger smile to his face. " good morning, my love. did you sleep well? "
