my first thought was that jade talked so much about it to floyd that he just *had* to remember it

floyd smart. but also floyd literally never clarifies until he does so you just get the wrong idea.. (which is good to trick ppl cuz you cant be blamed if you did explain and ppl got the wrong idea, and uh oh stuck in a deal now whoops. but also very inconvenient in daily life.)

book 7 jp spoilers (i decided to go through the jp story [translated by other peeps] so this is straight after the recentest part on EN which is like part 4 iirc)

so wait. they planned to trap us in the fort after we got there and then take us out?

i knew they were assholes (considering that one encounter during the battle map(?) part with them ruining the fields and killing that fairy's family [i mean listen.

justification on why they get judged and we dont for attacking the ironclads [i already forgot their name, i think thats what we call them] is because

the ironclads are soldiers prepared to fight the fairies (even if we catch them by surprise)

this fairy on the other hand has nothing to do with fighting! they were just living their life innocently. the only 'wrong' they did in the others eyes was being a fairy.

aight? i have no sympathy for people who bring ppl who have literally nothing to do with it (existing does not count as a reason) into it

I THOUGHT HE WASNT ATTACHED BUT HE TOOK AN ATTACK FOR SILVER...?

i think silvers having a really bad time just being hit straight in the face again with 'lilia's dying' oh my god (well not hERE but that he COULD and that he will irl. like even more.)

oh my god does lilia REMEMBER on a subconscious level that he cares about silver??!??!?!?!

(^ REMEMBER that tile where that fairy was crying because the ironclads ruined like her fields, and killed her family??? and begged lilia to do something about it but he refused because he only wields his magearm for the draconia family? he still said that he has a dislike of ironclads and that he'll take care of them if he runs into them but STILL. so you KNOW its out of character when he does something unrelated to the draconias while a general. and they're even more important considering the draconias were like the ones who took lilia in or something like that? hes like literally served them for as long as he could remember)
