100 Days Away

note: i began writing this a week before it had officially been 100 days since nightbringer came out, but took so long because i had to finish summer school.

solomon's pov

solomon heard the sobs you tried to hide that morning as he walked past your room. solomon didn’t hesitate and opened your door, seeing you laying on your stomach, face smashed into the pillows to suffocate your sobs.

it broke solomon’s heart to see you this way, he knew some nights you cried yourself to sleep, sometimes he would come in and comfort you, sometimes he would sit outside your door letting a sleeping spell similar to belphegor’s magic soothe you to sleep.

solomon went by your side, sitting on your bed. His hand quickly met your hair, gently twirling your strands in his fingers, knowing the sensation soothed you even just a little. He noticed you turned your head, one of your eyes, that he found so beautiful when you got excited over the smallest things, or the look of determination as you learned under him.

now, those beautiful eyes looked at him coated with tears and sadness. you didn’t speak at first, and solomon was okay with just silently comforting you. he then heard a small buzz on the other side of the room, you had thrown your d.d.d across the room.

solomon noticed your case had popped off and a small polaroid picture fell out, he remembered when you took it with everyone. he now saw the pitch black polaroid picture sitting on the floor next to your now cracked d.d.d.

solomon just looked back at you, continuing to run his slender fingers through your hair. “do you want to talk about it?” solomon asked you, “it’s been 100 days…” you muttered you answer to him.

solomon nodded, he knew they had been there for a few months already, but didn’t think it’d already been 100 days. he didn’t think you’d be counting, were you counting to know how long you’d been away from your family? how long you’d have to make up for them when you got back? solomon didn’t know this method to your madness.

solomon’s hand ran down your back, and ran up your spine in a soothing motion. “i know it’s been a while, i know you miss them. i’ll even say I miss them too. but, they wouldn’t want you to be miserable right now, they’d want you to continue pushing forward to find a way back to them.” solomon said, trying to encourage you. “but, you shouldn’t hide your sadness either.” solomon then added.

you had suddenly flung yourself around solomon, still laying on your stomach, but your arms were around his waist and lower torso and your head was on his thigh. solomon wouldn’t deny that he liked you being in his lap, but right now wasn’t the moment.

solomon continued to rub your spine up and down, finally resting his hand on your head once more. “you’re going to get through this, you’re going to get home. i promise, no matter how long it takes, you’ll get home.” solomon smiled down at you.

you stayed there with your head resting on his thigh, he could still hear you sobbing as you held onto your teacher. “i just wish i never got sent here in the first place.” you said. “i know, no one would ever ask for this.” solomon said he cursed nightbringer, and wished nightbringer would have just told him what they were planning, what the whole play here was with sending you to the past.

“i promise you, i’ll get you home. and i’ll make nightbringer pay for doing this to you.”

It's almost been 100 days since Obey Me Nightbringer came out, so I'm going to write a oneshot for it, but can't decided if I wanna write for Solomon who's in the past with MC, or write how the present! brothers are doing.

I have Sol's done, which I'll be posting soon with Present Brother's POV, but at the moment I am literally having to speedrun final classwork as summer school ends in LESS than a week.

So, I'll have it out by Tuesday or soon.

It's almost been 100 days since Obey Me Nightbringer came out, so I'm going to write a oneshot for it, but can't decided if I wanna write for Solomon who's in the past with MC, or write how the present! brothers are doing.

UPDATE ON STORIES

i live!!

ok, my computer had a stroke (i fried the hard drive in my computer) and it was in the shop for a while because it took me a while to get a job and to get the money to pay for the repairs, but i have it back now.

also, i was rereading void and redamancy from a while ago and saw that people still liked them and wanted an update, so here's the situation with both of those stories:

i lost both of my drafts.

because i fried my hard drive, i cannot get my old drafts back because they were saved into the computer and i didn't have the chance to transfer them onto a flash drive yet, so yeah..

but, i've come up with a solution!!

i'm going to redo both of them, because i know the plot i have for the stories however, without my drafts i cannot remember which way the stories were going to continue and all the tiny areas of the plot, i remember everything major, but not everything minor. so, i figured the best thing to do is rewrite the stories.

i will still keep the main plot and keep the former chapters up, however i will be rewriting them and reposting them on this account. however once again,,, really slow because i have school and work, and i'm already behind on school because i lost my computer.

so, sorry about just dipping out and i'll hope to have some updates coming soon.

satan's pov

note: sorry for not posting this, i had forgotten about this little oneshot series while doing schoolwork and being engrossed in the 4.0 genshin impact update.

satan was furious even after the first day when you disappeared, it only grew worse as time passed. satan tried to contain his anger for the longest time, but he just pushed it down until it exploded causing massive damage and problems.

satan was then treated like he used to be treated when he was first born and was chained up and shoved into his room to calm down. that’s where satan spent most of his days, chained in his room rereading whatever books he had inside his room.

satan avoided romance novels and mystery novels, some of his favorite types of books because they reminded him so much of you. how you and him would sit cuddled close in the library reading together or him reading to you. those memories sent satan into a rage, but the rage was more fueled by his sadness than anything.

satan misses you, he felt like the moment you went missing, the moment your pact with him severed that he lost a part of himself, like another part of who he was, was just gone now. satan didn’t understand it at first, it was another unfamiliar and indescribable feeling to him, now he does understand it; you made satan more into who he was and now that you were gone from his life, that piece of him was gone.

satan wishes for you to come back to him, to release him from these chains that were put back on him because of his wrath. satan wants you to come back home to him, to hug him and tell him everything is going to be okay. satan wants to see your caring and loving gaze again.

satan wants the days of you resting your head against him in the library while he read softly to you. satan wants the days where you would join him with a prank against lucifer, or the days where you would scold him if the prank was a tad bit too harsh or got someone else hurt instead of lucifer.

satan misses you, and even the effects you had on him and his brothers that were slowly disappearing more and more the longer you’re gone from their lives. satan begs for you to come home, he feels lonely and broken without you, however at the same time he hopes you’re safe wherever you were taken too.
