Listen I Know Ive Been On My Kansas Fan Jason Sudeikis Soapbox But I NEED Everyone To Know That Play
Listen I know I’ve been on my “Kansas Fan Jason Sudeikis” soapbox but I NEED everyone to know that “play smart, play hard, play together” was coined by the late Dean Smith, who coached basketball at UNC-Chapel Hill for 36 years. He was an absolute legend who cemented the legacy of the Carolina Basketball program as more than a winning team (Smith won 879 games in his career) but a “Carolina Family.” And I just wanted y’all to know.

I see the vision for the ted lasso finale now: Ted tells everyone he’s going back to Kansas, there are many tearful farewells, and he flies back home. He reunites with henry and henry says “hey dad, let’s watch some sports together like old times” and ted goes “I know just what to watch”
He turns on the English premier league on nbc sports. This has all been an incredibly long and expensive third installment of the nbc promo.
i wish there were more than 24 hours in a day and beverages were $1 and growing up didn’t hurt so much
The whole of s3, everyone (myself included) has had a lot of predictions about the events of the coming episodes. Like, really specific, down to the way the scenes play out. I don’t see as much of that this week, and I can’t help but think it’s because Sunflowers was such a hard reset. Now, we are all walking around with question marks over our heads going “STRINGS? WHAT STRINGS?” And as much as I love being right about things, I am kind of psyched about going into an ep with almost no expectations, rom-communism style.
The red thread of fate in my life is the way I (an American with less knowledge of soccer than Ted) instantly knew what OP was talking about because of JOHN GREEN.
Now van damme pulled a Jerzy Dudek???? They’re basically lfc. We’ve known but like ohkay go off
THIS THIS EXACTLY THIS. IF NATE SHELLEY HAS NO SUPPORTERS I AM DECEASED.
I’m in love with Nate facilitating his own growth through his own connections, through connection with his family, through connecting with his own values. It’s not a Ted inspired speech. Nate did this on his own. He saw through Rupert and left. He worked through his anxiety and fear. He connected back to his family. He did all the work. And I love that Will is the person he made amends to - not the guys that used to bully him, not even to Ted. The kitman he was shit to because Will reminded him of himself, and he tried to treat Will the way his father treated him. The healing, you love to see it.
