Devotion

  The Drifter's lips twisted into a crooked smile. A teasing glint shone in his eyes as he arched his brows. He opened his mouth, speaking low.  "Kiss me, Moondust."

  Eris turned her head away, hiding the smile that crept along her lips. "No." She simply responded.

  "Why not?" He questioned creeping closer.

  "Mm. You appear to be desperate, Rat." Eris turned her face towards him. "How unusual."

  He fidgeted a little, trying to maintain his composure as he reached out and cupped her cheek, leaning in a little closer. "Okay, let me try this differently... can I kiss you, Eris?"

  She smiled. "Mm. You truly are desperate."

  "I reckon you could say that, Moondust." He shot her a bashful glance, his hand still pressed against her face.

  Eris smiled at the confession, tracing her fingers along his chin. "Your honesty is appreciated." She murmured softly.

  She closed her three eyes, waiting expectantly. A moment later she felt a warm, gentle pressure against her lips. She accepted the touch happily, even as it became more and more impassioned, growing longer and deeper each time the Drifter sunk in again. Eris stroked her hands up and down his neck as he held her tight to his body, kissing her lips with fervour.

  Finally after another kiss the Drifter pulled away, breathing quick as he pressed his cheek against Eris's.

  "Thank you," he murmured into her ear.

  "It was a pleasure." Eris traced her hand down his neck. "And I enjoyed every second of it," she whispered.

  The Drifter pulled away to look at her, once again taking her face in his hands. "I love you." He smiled almost drunkenly.

  "I know." Was all Eris said as she put her face to his once again.

  They stayed that way for some time, holding one another close, kissing intently, sharing the devoted love that swam between them.

we need a name

Guys, we need to come up with a name for Eris/Drifter nerds. For those of us out there who love them, we gotta come together and create a name for ourselves... let's workshop this
