idk how to say it but. it’s weird how being nervous about violence in sex n makeup n age gaps are now terf things instead of ‘im just trying to use my brain a lil harder’ things… transmisogynistic weirdo bitches don’t own the core tenets of feminism …

not inclusive as in "yeah your identity counts as queer" but radically inclusive as in "if you say you are queer, then you're queer. full stop." being queer isn't some privileged position you have to earn or some special secret club, it's an allyship between marginalized identities where we band together to advocate for our rights to exist and live as we want.

the queer community formed before most of the labels we use now were even formed, and you bet your ass there were people a century ago who were nonbinary, or aromantic, or multigender, or, or, or, or! any identity you have an issue with is and always has been queer. as far as im concerned the only thing that revoke your participation in the queer community is causing direct, intentional harm to the queer community. you know like stalking, harassing, and sending death threats to teenagers.

As a gender nonconforming cis dyke, I’ve received a lot of weird hostility in bathrooms. Like, a lot. The mild but frequent stuff is when people see me, do a visible double take, and go check the sign again. The not entirely common, more aggressive stuff is when people verbally question why I’m there. More than once I’ve had someone call me “it” or confront me about my gender in public settings. I’ve had people try to tell me to leave.

But the only place I’ve had someone physically try to remove me from a bathroom was in London.

Some random middle aged woman thought that she had the right to put her hands on me simply because I don’t match her ideas of what femininity is, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that this happened in a place where transphobia is running rampant. Of all the weird stuff that’s happened to me in pretty conservative parts of the US, they simply are not as emboldened here as they currently are in the UK; but don’t think for a moment that they don’t intend to get there.

Trans people are reason enough to fight these bigots. It’s a good enough reason. Trans people deserve respect, dignity, compassion, and protection. But if you think they’ll be satisfied with only pushing trans people back into the closet, you’re utterly deluded. They want absolute conformity, simple as that, and they’re increasing their push here too.

Any lesbian who aligns herself with transphobia is a traitor. Simple as that.

Out in the warm May night, a teenage white girl with "baby terf" in her bio opens her 2012 Dell laptop. It takes 5 minutes for it to boot up and another 5 to open Google Chrome. She checks her inbox hoping for anon hate. It's empty. She's sighs and checks her dash. She reblogs what she believes to be gender critical theory from user punished-nazbol-returns-88, without a single second thought. Cracking her fingers, she searches up the trans activism tag and comments on every single post she can find. Several hours later she's now transitioned to writing an essay about how Lady Dimitrescu is a terf and how she will fuck her once she's of age. She checks her inbox once more, hoping all those negative comments she wrote resulted in something. Empty once again. Deciding to end the night, she writes a post about how she's lonely and how trans people have made it impossible to find an epic terf gf with a tight as fuck vag and banging tits. She hopes to get a sympathy reblog from one of the many terfs that are currently grooming her. Finishing the night at 4am, she goes to sleep without showering or brushing her teeth and wakes up soon after, having to go to an 8am class. On her way to school she crosses the street to avoid passing by a black man.
