I didn't even think of how high her skill was when I told her to repair it, I think she was only like level 1 or 2. It's kind of like when a sim clogs a toilet, I immediately tell them to repair it regardless of skill level. I completely forgot to see that she wasn't skilled enough. : / At least she didn't die!

Sure! It's http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/seasonsredeem .
You'll have to go dig for your Redemption Keycode in Season's case, or from online or wherever. : )

So. The other day I thought up a kind of Genetics Challenge for TS3. I went through my Sim bin, and picked all my favorite sims. I broke them all up into groups of 8, and then further into households numbered 1-19 based on the number of sims and bedrooms per house. I annihilated all of Bridgeport's townies, and spread my sims throughout the town.
Now, I'm going to let Story Progression do its thing, and make random couples who will have random offspring to each other. I'm going to play through a generation or two with Nervous here, who looks totally prepared for this. He'll live a boring, normal life; the new townies will have interesting lives. The goal is to kind of see who gets together with who and has children.
There are 7 groups of sims; 6 groups have 8 sims, one has 4. That's a grand total of 52 sims. (Do you know how long it takes to put together that many sims in CAS? A very long time. And most of them already had clothing and traits and stuff. Just assembling them takes forever.)
Same-sex pregnancy is enabled, just for fun, and everyone has a neutral gender preference in the beginning.
I'm expecting things to get interesting. :D

The game sent Olive to the graveyard to do a Vaccination Clinic, after nearly dying that morning. Irony at its finest.

Grim: Really? Oh. Cool *walks away*
I totally bet that he would be completely nonchalant about it, too. I mean, he has been around forever, I'm sure Olive isn't the only sim to ever woo his heart...
*Ponders how many illegitimate children the Grim Reaper has*
