I too am asking for the character bingo to return with my girl Sunny this time

SUNNY!! I honestly love Sunny so much and wish people talked more about her. I think she's perfect as Horace's first mate and right hand since her quiet and incredibly intimidating nature works really well paired with his eccentric, loud, goofy Saturday morning villain vibe (even if Skin-taker does that also later on).

I love to think that since she's from the Sand Lands, she used to be a cowboy and that's so fucking interesting, fitting, and funny to me.

I also find it really interesting and humorous that she just doesn't like Skin-taker what so ever but sticks it out because she genuinely respects Horace as a captain (even if he's kind of a dumb ass sometimes). Speaking of which, I like to think she and Horace met and were a duo a bit before the Rubber Fishes officially started, so back when Horace was a magician con man in my version (aka Sunny is totally his adopted daughter).

She's just...so interesting and mysterious to me. Like, she's clearly a lot more clever than Horace and the rest of the crew, is openly distrusting of the rest of the crew, and detests Skin-taker, but she remains incredibly loyal to Horace. She seems to have some sort of history as a cowboy of all things (by her outfit and how she's from the Sand Lands), so what kind of journey led her to being a pirate instead?? This woman is an enigma!

Also, because it's canonical Horace refers to her as "he" several times I like to think Sunny uses he/she pronouns. I also headcannon she's the youngest on the crew.
