The video begins with kaminari panning the camera angle at the sky that somewhat matched a flame pea he saw the other day. It was a cloudy evening, but regardless still pretty hot and radiant.

He lowers it abruptly to make it look at his feet on the heated sand that pushed out in-between the spaces between his toes whenever he clutched them, flashing the yellowish-orange sun in its perfect conclusion, and the spirited waves of the ocean mimicking the atmosphere's color.

Then, he shifts it at you.

The camera's excellence has a low-quality fuzziness which makes most things a little... Gray and 'wonky'. You, however, look just as glamorous either way.

You're wearing denim overalls with a single embroidery of the Mickey Mouse on the front pouch, and a white shirt underneath. The white flip-flops you bought at Macy's were abandoned, just like his. Except he couldn't remember where he got his. Maybe from a garage sale.

What he decided to wear ―or more like just randomly thrown on― was a plain amber poncho, Xanadu green polo shorts, and a similar green bucket hat. He also has a recent bandaid on his unharmed freckled nose, something to make him look cooler.

He would rather be playing Crash Bandicoot or Ace Attorney than recording the slowly progressing sunset clouds or burying his feet into the pleasant feeling of the sand. But, if you were going to be there you bet that he would take any alternative to spend time with you, even if you invited him to just watch something as boring as watching paint dry.

You begin to notice the lasting camera directed at your face and a surge of heat rushed from your neck up, stretching a broad flustered smile from those lips.

"Hey, stop recording me!" you squealed, reaching for the Sony Handycam then pointing it away from your face.

The video doesn't show, but he gives off the vastest smile ―revealing his dimples― and drapes an arm around your shoulders. Kaminari kisses the station where your head and neck joins then he ends the video recording, taking out the tape.

It's now 2021 and the both of you are now 36. The world isn't the same as it used to be; better camera quality, the same beach you both visited was filled with litter, and an alarming amount of stupidity spreading like a pandemic. Nonetheless, Kaminari, mature yet still as goofy as he was in his youth, never found his love for you to weaken but instead thrive over the years.

And he'll continue to feel this way for the next 19 years.

a/📓 : okay, I've been wanting to invest in this headcannon ever since november first but that seemed inappropriate 😒 so here it is!

Okay, so you and Kiri have two daughters that are age five and four. Kirishima wanted to do something special for them and dress up like Santa Claus and pleaded for you to help carry with this idea. Obviously, you do.

The plan was to help Kirishima get suited up, wait by the Christmas tree and then you would go upstairs to wake the girls to tell them that the Santa Claus arrived to greet them and also watch how their pretty unripe faces would brighten with excitement.

Only that didn't happen.

You guys didn't even make it to phase two of the plan which was to have kirishima pose by the tree.

Fault number one, you miscalculated that your girls would be asleep (what kind of child falls to sleep knowing Christmas day is in a few hours?). Fault number two, your daughters heard thumping and giggles originating from downstairs which was from both of your goofy asses imposing Kirishima into the costume, so they came to the thought that Santa came without your clarification and they skulked downstairs and peeked through the wooden railing infested with fake, sparkly garlands.

And finally, fault number three, they saw mommy kissing Santa Claus.

Bakugo eyed at the dishonest rare Bronze age All Might trading card that was kept protected in a display case on his dresser as if it held some sort of significance.

To most hard-line All Might fans like himself, things like this were child's play; they could effortlessly purify which Bronze age All Might card was a trap and which was genuine by defining the colors. The real had the full art of the gorgeous number one hero Detroit smashing towards you in his black and red uniform. This was worth well over ¥40,000.

The fake, however, had the same accuracy as the real but wasn't worth much. The background color was the conclusive factor that directly divided the two cards. The actual card had an aureolin setting with a holographic rainbow that bedazzled your eyes when the desk light hits it. The phony had a lemon yellow setting with a nice holographic rainbow. Easy.

You were never an All Might fan and instead, you always leaned towards the lesser heroes like Fat Gum.

This means in some cases, that sketchy store clerk duped the shit out of you.

You spotted the item behind the store clerk's desk when you were shopping for clothing with your girls and immediately recognized it as something your boyfriend would like. The problem was that the clerk told an untruth and asserted that the fabrication was reasonably worth thousands of yen, thousands of yen a 3rd year like you wouldn't normally carry. So in response, you worked your ass off serving bitchy consumers teriyaki as a waitress to the level where Bakugo could only talk to you during school hours.

But when you came to him with frostnip nose and ears and a big, luminous smile when you gave up the card bandaged in a comic snowman wrapping paper, he wasn't sure what to exactly say.

"Do you like it? I heard that there are only four copies of it in the world," he remembers you sitting down next to him when you announced it, a smile basically polluting in the way you spoke. You were nearly bouncing the bed under him from excitement, awaiting acknowledgment from him.

Should the Bakugo risk admitting that it was fake, help get your money back and stake that chance of you getting embarrassed or say nothing and soak in the appreciation that you thought of him and not midoriya.

He voted the latter.

He memorized rebelling against the blushed smile that trudged onto his lips. "Yeah, it's nice I guess," he murmurs, feigning interest by flipping the card to its back.

"You know you love it! Stop that," you bumped into his shoulders, now glowing with gratification.

Bakugo won't cite that he loved it so much that he removed his real copy from its spot on the dresser and replaced it with yours.

I love to imagine that Kirishima owns a rescued Teacup Yorkie named 'Lady' who has been there longer before you.

He absolutely adores her, even training he how to stand on her feet and give little twirls or high fives!

Plus, he dresses her for every occasion. Halloween? Here's her in this cute little Snow White costume! Christmas? Look how sweet she is in this little dress and barrette!
