zelink IS CANON.
you cannot convince me any differently.
so i recently over-analyzed the memories and found a few key things that should be pointed out when it comes to talking about this ship.
in the memory where link saves zelda from the yiga scouts, she looks up at him afterward with a look of realization. she realizes that he genuinely wants to do his job as her personal knight.
in another memory, one where link fights a horde of monsters, at the *very* beginning, you can faintly see the prncess running her fingers through link's hair. now, if you ask me, i don't think that a princess running her fingers through her knight's hair is considered a professional relationship kind of thing. she obviously likes him at this point.
the memory where zelda watches link train with the master sword in he rain is another good example. when she asks link if he would've chosen a different path, she's basically asking if he would've chosen to stray from the path of a knight, or away from her.
just a few more i promise-
in a few of the memories, link and zelda are seen just spending time with each other outside. if she was just outside castle walls then she wouldn't need him there with her, right? they just spend time together sometimes (which is wholesome on its own).
lastly, in the memory of the battle during the calamity, zelda tells link to run. to save himself and leave her there. but he doesn't. if you were severly injured and struggling to move around, you would probably run to safety. link could've done that *easily*. but he didn't. he stayed there to protect her even though he could've saved himself the trouble. because he cares.

i was on the legend of zelda wiki to figure something out abt tears of the kingdom and i kid you not when i read through link's page it says:
"A few years later, Link and Zelda explore the depths of Hyrule Castle, leading to major discovery’s about the events of the Imprisoning War, and the founding of Hyrule. After further exploration, the couple find the remains of a mummified Ganondorf, seeming defeated with a mysterious object holding him in time."
