She gets very competitive and tries to make herself unfeminine as possible and finds most "girl things" to be automatically lame and not worth her time. Plus the internalized misogyny and homophobia. She also doesn't know how to take care of her hair because no one ever taught her how to so she just grows it out until it gets long enough and she'll cut it down with scissors.

A standard swimming pool in the good ol' US of A can hold about 13,500 gallons of water. An average human adult contains ~1.5 gallons of blood. With a bit of simple division you will find that it would take the blood of ~9,000 grown adults to fill a swimming pool.
