My friend wrote a completely unrelated story for a class and it had an old man with his cat but I misheard and thought he had his cat in this silly little baby carry thingy.

I wanted to draw it and the only thing I could think of was Ingo so here it is!!

Tried to draw some hisui scenery without a ref 💀 I'm also pretty happy with how Ingo and Sneasel turned out seeing as it's the second time I've drawn sneasel and the third for Ingo :D

Seeing that the MHA manga is basically finished really shocked me. Not that I didn't expect it to ever finish but it was really special to me when I first found it. Admittedly I didn't really super latch onto any characters apart from Aizawa and Uraraka but it was my first fandom. It was the first media that I ever wrote fanfiction for with my own characters and all, even if they were just a self insert for me and my two friends.

While the story never had over 4 chapters, it really was a turning point on my life and I look back on and can see the start of me discovering who I wanted to be and who I am. I didn't touch mha for a while, I made myself beleive it was too cringe and it was bad for me to watch or read it but I think I'm going to forgive myself for thinking it's cringe and redraw my oc from that fic as a sort of last hurrah. :)

And I wanna redesign her cuz I'm trans now lmao- I really gave her an older brother and nothing in my brain clicked when I enjoyed writing him as the main character more-

I had to fix that so I made my own humanoid design for him, I will do it again soon >:D

It was Ingo in arceus although there are some really cool artworks and fics where it's Emmet instead :D OH this also should be said if you didn't already know but Ingo has amnesia in arceus so he remembers nothing :((

As for headcanons, the ones I enjoy seeing the most are the twins both being aroace, and them being neurodivergent (mostly it's autism) and them navigating their roles in the public light and their day to day life as themselves and solving problems that get in their way :) I'm bad at explaining lol-

You wanted info dumping on the twins and I am assuming you know nothing but what they look like. His is also coming from someone who rotates them constantly but knows very little about them.

Uh, they first appeared in pokemon black and white as the bosses of the subway battles in which the player would board a train of either single or double battles with 3 pokemon set to level 50. The idea is you fight I think 5, maybe more, trainers in a row and at the end you have to take on one of the twins, Ingo the one dressed in black, or Emmet in white. For doubles you VS them both :)

They weren't very popular in the western fandom until Ingo's appearance in Legends Arceus which created some very good lore and angsty fics lol

Elesea is the electric type gym leader for Nimbassa city in black and white which is where the subway is. She's also a model which is cool :) I don't know where the basis of them being a trio originated or if it has its startings in the canon but I love the three of them so who cares ^^

I haven't played bw2 yet but I do know all three of them are in that game too. Ingo and Emmet feature in a few episodes in the anime and in the mobile game Pokemon Masters with some spoken dialogue! :D yippie!

Other than colour, an upside down triangle is often used to represent Ingo and a rightsude up one is for Emmet to mimick their smiles or Ingos lack of one for better words.

Submas is what you'll commonly hear them referred to, BlankShipping is thr ship between the twins, don't make the same mistake I made in not knowing the difference for a while until I got jumpscared by an A03 fic ;w;

I didn't know that they weren't super well known until more recently! I always thought the Subway Masters had always been popular.

As far as Arceus, I think that one of the twins are displaced in space and time? Not entirely sure, but if so, that would explain the angst. Feel free to explain some more in a reblog or ask or message or whatever. /lh

And Nimbasa! Oh that's why they're the Nimbasa Trio. It's the city where they live.
