the most niche plot call ever BUT very briefly inspired paris, texas so hear me out female x male plot, muse a as the female and muse b as the male muse a works at a sex club, different shifts (bartending, private rooms, dancing, etc) depending on where her boss puts her but majority of the time she's put in a room where she's sat in front of a one-way glass mirror and customers are hidden on the other side with a telephone. muse b has been watching her for a while and eventually found himself behind the mirror, meeting her for the first time through the phone. he comes back again and again, muse a becomes really comfortable with him and they begin to form a relationship although she doesn't know anything about him aside from his voice. muse b becomes even more obsessive than he was before he started seeing her, studying the people around her and the guys who see her as well as the guys with bad track records, the area she works in isn't exactly the safest. he psychotically takes it in his own hands to make sure they won't see her again by either scaring them off violently enough to where they wouldn't dare it, or by ending their life completely. while all this is happening, muse a starts to recognize his face around or his car thats constantly watching her -- becoming paranoid. theres a lot we'd need to build on this / change, i'm so open to any ideas this was just a random thought after watching the movie lol. I'm also down to cut out all the gruesome he's an obsessive murderer psychopath situation !! would be a fun plot to build where he's just her client.
