It’s insane, Rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles first aired on Nickelodeon FIVE years ago today…..
It’s…it’s so bittersweet at this point knowing of this show’s ultimate fate, but the fandom is still keeping the life force of what it left behind for us flowing through and strong long after its cancellation.
Maybe one day, ONE DAY, we’ll get to see something that’ll shine the light for the show to resurface for television/streaming once more, but until then we just keep doing what we’ve been doing and never let that hot soup cool off not a single temperature.

This one got away from me. One, because it took forever because I got overzealous with the scale, two, because I went overboard with the crazy coloring and effects, lol, and three, it’s self-promotion. The prompt immediately made me think of my fic “That Which we Call a Rose” so I made fanart of my own fan work. So here’s my not so subtle reminder to go read my fic!
