Started shenlong. Still waiting on a bunch of waterslide decals, should be here in a week or two. Decided to get the liquid primer to use through my airbrush and I will NEVER go back to the rattle can stuff.

As you can see I'm doing the pre shading with a "purple" which is like 50:1 tamiya white to purple. The plan is to have each Gundam a different "white" to show each were built by different people.

Shading makes a huge difference. Used tamiya purple for the shading

Re purple shading made it look pink so I'm going over it again with grey

Finally got this Gundam that I've waited for years to come out. The stickers are temporary and the only things painted are the dark blue and copper. I had an idea while I was falling asleep one night. What if each each of the ew wing Gundams had a different metal for their crests and accents. My idea was fk have deathscythe copper, wing brass, shenlong gold, sandrock bronze, and I'm not sure what to do for heavy arms.... Anyway this is the first phase of it. The head isn't remotely finished and will be painted.

I forgot how much work it was to build a Gundam 😩

I constantly battle with "I don't wanna draw megaman anymore" so here we go on another hiatus

I haven't been in a good mental place the past few days. So I decided to paint the second gunpla I ever owned. So far I only did the left side. Had to re do the calves cause I didn't clean out my airbrush well enough I suppose and it somehow got contaminated. The entire time I had this song stuck in my head

Edit: decided to just attack this thing full force. Got all the lower white parts done and the head. Painting the body tomorrow.

The colors came out darker than I planned but I'm glad they did. I still have to do the yellow parts brass and decal it up (which I still have to order)

Somebody got a lil paint job

This was the original color concept. Decided to go against somethings cause My wing zero has it the blue shoulder armor on top and blue feet. As you can see I decided to do it a little bit more like the actual one.

Started doing some shading using "aged white" not sure if I wanna continue this or use another color like blue or grey. Thoughts?

Started on the wings. Gonna try tamiya light grey for shading. Currently just painted the frame part on the wings and gave it a coat of semi-gloss clear
