today I don't want to be perceived at all. i overslept, didn't do my skincare routine, cried a lot, barely ate, disappointed at least three members of my family and had an heated argument with my father. i always start with the best intentions believe me but it takes a minimum trigger to screw up the whole thing, and unfortunately i'm not a resilient person, i'll try to work it out. the good thing is that i didn't write a resolution list for 2023 so i didn't fail yeeee. jokes aside, these are few things i did today:

shower and shampoo🧚‍♀️

cyclette (15 min) and squats🏃‍♀️

renshuu app for japanese🇯🇵

duolingo and chinesimple word list🇨🇳

talked with a friend about uni issues. i'm serious when I say university ruined my life, it's a horrible system and i feel overwhelmed by the amount of psychological stress i'm having bc of it, i will try to change approach next year

study and revision of sti chapter for infectious diseases 🦠

maybe i'm back?!? (9/12/23)🌟

it's been a while since my last update, i went through a lot in the past days (mentally and physically) but maybe now i'm back on track 할 수 있어!

things i've done today:

skincare routine (i found new products and i'm thrilled to use them)🧚‍♀️

squats, cyclette and legs 30 min, I gained weight in the last month so I would like to excercise more and find a new workout (i'm trying to always use the stairs and take a walk almost every day even if it's feeezing outside)🏃‍♀️

tidied my room and vacuum cleaned the house🧹

i'm staying with my family in these days and i'm studying for my finals at my grandma's (it's more quiet and she makes lots of delicious food but I try not to eat too much)🍝👵

studied and revised lots of topics for my infectious diseases exam (the date was postponed so i got one more week to study)🦠

completed a unit for korean duolingo and practiced with idol and social media content, in the past days i also used hellotalk and talked with few korean native learners, it's such a good way to practice my skills and they're super chill! oh and i think i'll start a korean course online once my finals will end🇰🇷

i practiced japanese with renshuu and a video by tanaka san🇯🇵

i started to use daily haloha, a cute app with prompts for writing and thinking💌

i found an awesome outfit for new year's eve👗🍾

i talked with some friends and promised to see each other during the christmas holidays🌲
