Is there like, a website or something where I can ask medical professionals how a characters injuries would act/kill them so I can write them accurately?

i mean ive done research as best as i can i have specific questions its kinda hard to find info on a hole being punched through someone side to the point that their stomach is pretty much useless and then somejne else shoving their hand in the wound and killing them with a shockwave/mini exposion from the inside what barriars (bones like how am i supposed to figure out how much of an internal shockwave/explosion would kill them? would the attacker theoretically be able to push their hand in from the wound to the victems heart if the would is on thei torso? they have super strength so thats not a problem but like :( but is the heart too far away from the wound to reach? what barriers (bones organs muscles) would be in the way and be especially difficult to get past i swaer im not a murderer im just a fanfic writer

if you think about it, pronouns are actually amateur nouns. they show up then the *real* nouns are too lazy. backup nouns.
