There really isn't a ton to go off of her character, but I think it'd be funny (and ironic) if she were a vegetarian or vegan

I wouldn't consider sonic Twitter take over canon per say, it is kinda exaggerated for comedic reasons. For example I don't consider Taylor Swift to be canon for sonic universe, and I definitely don't think Shadow would be a swiftie considering her jet travel tendencies affect to the planet.

That is a good point, and it likely is a bit exaggerated for entertainment purposes. However, the voice actors were told to act like their characters and likely were given direction from a director as to what direction to go before answering. Now, I have no knowledge as to how the Twitter Takeovers work behind the scenes, but it makes sense that there would be a team of people choosing which questions to answer and directing the va's as to what, roughly, they should say. If this is the case, then there is a good chance that Shadow somewhat dislikes the ship, or at least he doesn't wanna tall about it
