Did we ever get told in canon what Steve ghost used to be? Idk.. but here I made her a green Steve. She has a little tail and used to have little antlers but being merged with faceless for so long made them grow weirdly.

She's transfem I know in my heart haters be damned

She used to have the complete opposite personality to ghost, the catacombs changed her. (Technical) Immortality is not meant for mortal steves :)

Her body can't heal wounds anymore, if she ever gets hurt she needs to use a machine or some other magic or she'll bleed out. Think rainbow quest red steves, it's like that.
