I love how the fandom in the midst of all this is all "stupid terfs" , "David showed them". "It's okay not to believe the victims because a TERF wrote the article. "

Meanwhile their precious Neil who use to shit on JKR for not supporting "trans women" is being outed as a rapist and all they can do is comfort each other "you're not a bad person for still liking his works. It's okay not to support the victims. This is such a difficult time for the fandom. You don't have to say anything." Making it all about themselves.

So... the allegedly terrible terrible terfs are the one advocating for the victims and supporting them while the ones supporting your community is a rapist and the second is calling women little whinging fuckers for not wanting a man in a woman only space.

And the best part, all of you who don't really care about "cis" women's rights or safety and more concerned about reassuring men in dresses they are women and so they should have access to little girls and vunerable women....

Now you realise how you ended up supporting a rapist? Oh there isn't enough proof for that right? and still your biggest concern will be shouting at everyone "trans women are women" because it's always men's validation over women's safety for you isn't it?

Part 1/3 (more content to come on this matter)

Note: Although it should go without saying, here are some obvious truths: hip-hop the genre is not innately violent and misogynistic and neither are Black man. Also, hip-hop is not the only genre with abusive men, and the music industry is not the only industry in entertainment with abusive men.

For years now, Black women have been calling for hip- hop to have its "Me Too" reckoning (see recommended readings). Calls have recently reignited following singer Cassie's civil lawsuit against ex-boyfriend Diddy, where she alleges years of r*pe, domestic violence, and sex tr*fficking.

Many were rightfully stunned, horrified, and heartbroken by Cassie's vulnerable account, with many demanding the entire industry be finally held accountable for its pattern of violence against women. But is any of this really that surprising when we consider the way mainstream hip-hop talks about women, particularly Black women? Is it all that surprising when we consider the toxic loyalty and blind allegiance male rappers have to each other? Or the wealth of resources these men have at their disposal to control and harm women all the while flying under the radar? Or the world's disregard for the safety and protection of their Black women/girl victims?

Let's discuss.

Lmao just looked up the real male suicide rate, so it’s 22 out of 100,000.

They complain so much about how “high” it is when

1/5 fucking women are raped. 1/5 and they’re complaining about 22 out of 100,000.

I hope that soon for them it’s 1/5.
