[Clicking his beak, Corvus very slowly approaches Comet. He laid his massive head on Comet’s chest and cried into his clothing, his voice becoming softer as he sobbed. This human he… he understood. He hadn’t had left him like.. Sebastian had done.]

“I-.. I’m… s… sorr…y.”

[He sobbed, hot tears running from all 4 eyes as he tried to make himself as small as possible against Comet. He didn’t mean to get angry or become a monster, he just wanted to be understood. Comet he… he reminded him of father, a figure who he didn’t have for very long but loved very much. It was nice that he almost had that again…]

[Corvus let go of Sebastian, wincing at the grip that he had on his arm. He could feel the collar under his feathers beep, the sound quiet but enough for Sebastian to hear] ''I should go.''

[He said- he had to get back before HQ hurt him even more. he didn't want to be hurt again and again and again and aga-]

[Without realising it he was hyperventilating, suddenly everything seemed too small.. too close.]

[He backed away- the collar. HE HAD TO GET IT OFF. IT WAS TOO TIGHT. PLEASE- PLEASE.]

''GET IT OFF- I- I CAN'T BREATHE- I CAN'T- PLEASE-''

[His voice suddenly lost that mature tone, like a child that was pretending to fake his voice. It became a lot smaller- more terrified.]

[How long had it been since he had cried like this. Perhaps when his papa was dragged away from him so long ago and thrown into that submarine- never to be seen again.]

[Sebastian jerked back in alarm- Was this little beast a child? Did Urbanshade really stoop so low? Of course they would. Focus on the kid. Panic attack? Bill taught him how to deal with those. Hopefully they would work for the bird as well.]

"Kid. Look at me."

[He held out a claw, curling it. Don't provide a way to harm. Prevent.]

"Breathe in. 4 seconds. Nice and slow."

[Provide repetitive movements. Speak simply.]

"Tap on my claw to the beat of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Hold that breath for 4 seconds"
