As you spun around for him, he looked mystified. Absolutely infatuated by your figure in your formal attire. The two of you were meant to go to a ball hosted by his dorm, but now he was having second thoughts. Perhaps he wanted to keep you all to himself.

"Well, I'll be! My [name] is gonna be the apple of everyone's eye." With his hands crossing over his chest, he looked so charming towards you, hiding his dread in a sweet tone. "I might just have to hide you from the rest of 'em."

It was no secret he tried to keep that he disliked sharing you with others. You always chuckled at the way he glared at any guy who talked to you, and even yelled at some who got too close. He was so loving towards you, not many would expect him to get so angry with ease.

"Epel," you grabbed his hands in your own, "you are the only man on that floor that I could possibly want." With red forming at his cheeks, a smirk crossed his features. He didn't often need your reassurance, or want it, but he adored when you said things like this. Claiming he was yours, and you were his.

"Then let's head out, darling."

alternately, if you’re more of a quiet type, then the both of you can sit comfortably in silence and just rest together

on late nights when you just can’t sleep, your amazing cat girlfriend will run a hot bath for you and gently scrub your hair until you get sleepy

she really just loves you for you, no matter your body type or gender! if you don’t love yourself, then she’ll just love you twice as much!

He didn’t rest enough. That was why he was bothered. You kept reminding yourself of that while in your living room, as he had occupied your bedroom desk to work on a project with an upcoming deadline.

Within a few minutes he’d come out calmer and explain how he felt while apologizing.

But it didn’t occur. You were not sought out by him.

Worried that he was bothered on a deeper level, you made your way to where he was. As you creaked open the door, you heard soft mumbling. And pushing it open further, revealed a sleeping figure. Your boyfriend.

With a smile, you shook your head. At least he was resting. And as much as you’d love for him to be in the bed, a more comfortable place of rest, disturbing him might cause issue. He could, being the stubborn worker he was, try to work more on the project.

So you settled for grabbing a soft blanket from your bed and draping it over him.

It’s such a cheesy sight. Seeing her own brother develop a new fondness for someone new. A curious glint would make its way to his eyes at just the mention of your name. A soft smile would join this curious expression.

But this is before. Before he realizes how deeply rooted you are inside of him. And before he is made aware just how special this audience member and friend is.

Your name is different. Holding priority in his mind in contrast to others. Originality doesn’t matter to him though. Only the individual.

So perhaps it isn’t your name that sticks out. Just the fact that it’s you, out of anyone else.
