I hc that werewolf bites are only "infectious" when the biter wills to pass on the lycanthropy. Kinda like vampires i suppose? It's just very inconvenient for your story if literally everyone the werewolf bites becomes a werewolf just like that. Too many werewolves would be made, which would make the novelty of your characters' identity disappear. It shouldn't be so easy, is what I'm saying. Like, what so just because Enid bit Tyler he's a hybrid Hyde-werewolf now? Would anybody Enid bites and survives become a werewolf? That'd just be sooo laaaame

He's almost as old as Pubert, which means he grew up knowing her his whole life. The same applies for Pubert, and they both adore her(Pubert doesn't really openly admit it tho)
