I’m not sure who needs to hear this but writing fics shouldn’t have the sole purpose/goal of getting loads of hits/notes.

Write it with the purpose of fulfilling your own enjoyment first and foremost. The hits will come over time and if they don’t, who cares!

Someone out there will still read your works and cherish them just as much as you do.

I do just…like I am just obsessed with the fact that Anders was the perfect person to foil Meredith and she had no goddamn reason to even factor him into her schemes because he is the YA protagonist of the dragon age universe. Dude trust me constructive criticism about your fanfic or fan art is not hate. I think people nowadays has becoming too allergic to a valid and constructive criticism that can actually help you to write.

I get it fanwork is an escapism too but constructive criticism that you can tell is well thought out is not hate or an attack about you personally
