• y’all want to be brushing your teeth twice a day for 2-3 minutes (this is pretty obvious, but some people DON’T).

•after brushing yo teeth, use a whitening mouthwash (listerine, etc.) swish around your mouth for 1-2 minutes and gargle twice a day.

•when you’re finished with the mouthwash, floss between all your teeth! This is such a vital step and barely anyone does it.

•use a straw to drink cold or dark drinks. Drinks such as Coca Cola and tea and coffee can stain your teeth in the long run.

•once in a while, treat yoself with a diy teeth whitening treatment or teeth whitening strips. Crest is so good!

•brush or scrape your tongue. So much bacteria is on your tongue, and y’all hoes be taking selfies with a white tongue! Nuh-uh, that ain’t it sis. Y’all need a clean tongue.

•replace yo toothbrush every two months, and use a toothbrush lid on the bristles. You don’t want to have a ton of bacteria being collected on your brush!

•use a bamboo toothbrush. The bristles are way better for your teeth and using it will be better for the environment.

•visit your dentist every six months. You might not think there’s a problem but, because of their tools, they are likely to find a problem early.

•don’t smoke!!! tartar from cigarettes can gather on your teeth, and it won’t come off.

Pamper Routine

•y’all deserve a pamper/spa day once a week. Don’t be afraid to go all out 💗

•run a hot bath for yourself. Add bath salts, bath bombs and even some petals. The fancier the better. Light some candles and turn off the lights. Play some calming music and just relax.

•after relaxing, use a body scrub to exfoliate your whole body. You can also use an exfoliating mitt/gloves. Or you can do both.

•then lather yourself in conditioner and shave everywhere. (Olive oil for your 🐱) Conditioner everywhere else will have you soft as a baby’s butt.

•after shaving use a non fragrance body wash. This gets all the dirt and sweat and all that nasty stuff off you. Afterwards, go in with your favourite smelling body wash. You can use this 2 or 3 times over to smell even better, just make sure you get all of it off at the end.

•moving onto hair, soak your hair in warm water. Don’t use hot water, it can cause hair loss. Use a really good smelling shampoo and shampoo your hair 2-3 times. This will make sure all the grease is gone and it smells the best. Then go in with a matching conditioner and lather the ends in it. Leave this in for 2-3 minutes and rinse.

•if you’re feeling extra fancy, you can use a scalp exfoliant.

•now out of the bath, lather yourself in lotion. It can be non fragranced or scented. Girlll, yo skin be glowing!

•if you want to give yourself a manicure, first soak your hands for 5-7 minutes in lukewarm soapy water. Use a gentle sugar scrub to exfoliate. Pat dry, then use nail tools to push back your cuticles and file your nails to your desired shape. Then paint them whatever colour you want. After they dry, use cuticle oil and hand lotion to make your hands extra soft.

•now onto skincare. Cleanse your face like normal, then use an exfoliating scrub. Massage this in for about 40 seconds, then rinse. Use a face mask for whatever skin issues you have. Afterwards, continue your routine like normal.

•to whiten your teeth, you can use whitening powder, strips or a diy whitening treatment. After this, floss, rinse your mouth with mouthwash and then brush for 2-3 minutes.

•after all this, jump into bed and relax! You can watch Netflix or YouTube, or just read or go to sleep. Whatever you decide, enjoy! You deserve it girl!
