I wish that in the last of us they gave us the choice of killing Abby or not. I know it’s not a choice type of game, but I’d have been nice.

If Ellie chose to kill Abby, then something would’ve happened with Lev. Like him whispering “I’m gonna kill you” when he realizes what she’s done. Either way, Ellie wouldn’t be able to save him. He wouldn’t want to be saved by her. He either died because of his injuries or because he tries to kill her and ends up dying instead. (I don’t think that Ellie would intentionally kill him but taking him with her is also not an option). Then Ellie would go to her house, Dina’s gone and she tries to play the guitar but can’t. She settles the guitar down. End of game.

Pretty shitting ending right? Sad as fuck. But it’s what some player wanted.

I don’t think that the player that chooses to kill Abby earns the flashback with Joel, because the flashback is about forgiveness, and the player didn’t forgive.

I know that it really doesn’t make sense for tlou to be a choosing game, because in the future it’s possible that in the sequel Abby or Lev could be there and that wouldn’t flow well for people that chose to kill her.

But I think it’d be nice, to teach salty players a lesson.
