Ghostbur yelling at Phil is the perfect example of why Techno and Phil went way too fucking far today. Not only did they go with Dream, knowing what he did to Tommy and knowing this was literally just to get back at a pair of traumatised kids, but they forgot one big thing about L’Manberg.

L’Manberg is not just it’s government, it’s a contry with people and civilians. They were doing this to destroy the government but gave no thought to the people they were affecting with it. Ranboo, Ghostbur, Karl, Jack, Friend, all the pets and houses and items that people had put work and love into. All gone. Those people have nowhere to live. Ghostbur saying he had worked to build these houses and his library and his sewers and Phil destroyed it just like that is so sad because he was truly innocent and wasn’t even spared, just so Phil and Techno could attack four people. Two of which are children.

L’Manberg is far more than just its government and Phil and Techno forgot that.

c!tommy shakily whispering “wilbur’s not so poggers” actually makes me incredibly emotional bc on the surface it’s a ‘Haha Funnie Word Doesn’t Fit The Serious Tone Of The Scene’ joke but then you pull a layer deeper and realize it’s the perfect way to remind the audience that c!tommy is still very much a teen, that he often has to use simple words to even attempt to describe his complex emotions because he just doesn’t know how else to do it. 

the way he went up and crouched next to ghostbur, whispering it hesitantly, like he was admitting a long-kept secret. the minecraft equivalent of cupping your hand to your mouth and leaning over to whisper in someone’s ear. this was c!tommy’s way of expressing the idea ‘wilbur hurt me’ without actually having to say it out loud
