this is the false witch or star-end witch, this particular one in the first picture looking angry goes by Albab'boda.

they are usually known for their very feral ferocity but are very mysterious yet powerful beings in magic, some say they're the personification of it. they gain their title for their weird star-ended tails, which does help cast their spell/curses but also regulate their body's magic, as well as translate their speech. they're also known for their incredibly potent spells, curses, etc with whatever type of magic they do.

the products of their craft aren't merciful, unapologetic even, the rawness of their power is unforgivable. despite their usual short stature, their presence is strong enough to make up 10x more of their height. they are very quick and agile, but extremely strong.

You barely really see them in any heavily populated parts of the city or the city at all, mostly spending their days in the thick wilderness of forestries. they're also known for having no gender norms since they're usually both, the only significant ones are feminine presenting, masculine presenting, nonbinary/androgynous presenting, etc.

they also usually look grumpy or sad but that's just how they look.

which character from either of your webtoons were the most challenging to design?

Bugtopia: Cale, don't have his design on hand (too many spoilers) but it was AGONIZING redesigning him. particularly picking out his clothing. he originally had tattered clothes based on his canvas design, but I realized that this is New Cale and he'd dress differently. he's still difficult for me to draw for some reason

Monsters and Girls: Ciel. Literally took me half a year to figure out his design. This asshole bird was a nightmare to figure out, because I dont like using more than white, black and gold for my angel designs (keeps it cohesive), as well as me having a personal vendetta against drawing bird characters (nothing serious, I just cant make their beaks and feet look good). I'll likely redesign his leg colors in the future.
