I'm Ignorant In This Kind Of Tradition Could Someone Explain It To Me?Where I Come From When A Blade

I'm ignorant in this kind of tradition could someone explain it to me? Where I come from when a blade would serve for decoration or simply (depending on whether or not the person who gave it knows how to maneuver it) a sign that he will teach you to use it in defense. It also signals that he/she trusts you to know how to defend himself or even defend him/her if the need arises.

Barbatos, unknowing of human mores, gave you a heartbreaking gift without knowing. Satan helps him patch it up♡

Human Traditions

Barbatos' gaze lingers on you throughout the lesson, barely focusing on the teacher's words. Satan notices the butler's longing eyes, scooting closer to him.

"Trouble in paradise?"

Barbatos glances at the younger demon, needing a moment to remember what that phrase meant.

"Mc hasn't been talking to me."

"Hm? I thought things were going so well?" Satan continues, obviously glad to have found a new distraction from the boring lesson.

"I must have misunderstood," Barbatos responds flatly, seemingly accepting his fate and broken heart.

Satan furrows his brows, feeling his detective senses tingling. There must be a reason for your behavior, particularly because he remembers the hearts in your eyes whenever you and Asmodeus gushed over your crushes. From the beginning on, yours was always Barbatos.

He starts questioning the butler, asking for the details of their latest interactions.

"... and the gift was the last thing I gave them before they started ignoring me," Barbatos finishes his summary of your whole time dating while walking to lunch with Satan.

The fourth born closely listens as he tries to fit the puzzle pieces together in his mind.

"What kind of gift did you give mc?" he asks, feeling like there's only a small fragment left before it all makes sense.

"A very fine blade, colored in mc's favorite hue. I thought they'd appreciate the meaning it holds."

Satan stops dead in his tracks, finally having found the underlying problem. He shakes his head while laying his hand over Barb's shoulder, quickly explaining the meaning of gifting sharp objects to humans.

Barbatos pauses for a long second, his eyes filling with subtle horror.

"I see..."

Satan immidiately offers his help, which Barbatos gladly accepts, feeling insecure about his knowledge of human customs now. Satan starts working on a plan as soon as he arrives home, researching human traditions and mores and documenting everything he can.

Barbatos is happy to receive his notes the next day, studying them thoroughly and making a plan to win you back and clear up the misunderstanding.

The demon is confident in the letter he wrote and the white moonshine tulips, which he places on your doorstep, slight nervousness haunting him as he leaves the HOL unseen, hoping to have you back in his arms as soon as possible.

Today We Are Taking A Deeper Dive Into Demi Orientations (particularly Demiromantic And Demisexual).
Today We Are Taking A Deeper Dive Into Demi Orientations (particularly Demiromantic And Demisexual).
Today We Are Taking A Deeper Dive Into Demi Orientations (particularly Demiromantic And Demisexual).
Today We Are Taking A Deeper Dive Into Demi Orientations (particularly Demiromantic And Demisexual).

Today we are taking a deeper dive into demi orientations (particularly demiromantic and demisexual). Demi people, feel free to reblog and add on some fun facts or things you’re tired of hearing people say!

[ID: 4 images with light orange backgrounds, black text, and the TAAAP logo in the upper right corner. The first reads “Demi fun facts. Demi people may feel disconnected from the ways that many other people pursue and experience romantic and sexual attraction. Demi people may not enjoy dating apps, as dating apps often cannot produce the bond needed for many demis to experience attraction. Even if a bond does form, it is not a guarantee that attraction will follow. Demi people’s attraction may not be based on specific traits. It may instead be about who the other person is or what they mean to the demi person.”

The second image reads “Demi fun facts. Demi people can be, and are, any and all genders. Being demi does not necessarily make someone asexual or aromantic. Demi, like most other orientations, is usually defined around attraction, not action. This means that generally, demi people are not immediately attracted to someone before they’ve formed some kind of bond - it has no bearing on their actions before or after developing that attraction. Demi orientations have nothing to do with caution, morality, or prudishness! Demi simply specifically defines the conditions under which attraction takes place.”

The third image reads “What Not to Say to Demi People. Isn’t that just having standards? That’s not real. You just want to feel special. So you’re coming out as a woman. That’s how everyone feels. You don’t count as ace/aro/queer. You don’t belong with us. Why do there have to be all these labels anyways? What to say to Demi People. Thank you for sharing - would you like to say more? I’m here to listen if you want.”

The fourth image reads “Demi Discrimination. Bigots may willfully misinterpret demi identities, particularly demisexuality, as being anti-hookups or as being picky. Demiromantic people may be seen as manipulative or leading people on. This is not true. Being demi is not about behavior or expectations - it is about attraction and when one typically experiences it. The amount, frequency, and timing of the attraction that one feels does not dictate whether or not they engage in casual sex or dating.” End ID.]

It's the first time I've done a drawing in this style, so I decided to choose the darling of the Brazilian people, as a tribute and thanks for giving life to our hero, who is so dear and loved. Mr. Holland I apologize in advance if the image was not to his liking, but I did it with all my heart. Please continue with your excellent work, from your fan Angells
