Till it gets to the point, that he throws his hands up and just tosses his phone (that's when he is just done and needs to cool down) or he will (while remaining eye contact) bend down and set the phone down with a little flick of his wrist. And just walk away.

Those are the days that really piss you off the most. And he knows it. It gets so bad, that the sass comes out of him in that moment in time.
